What You'll Do

1Deliver high-quality software solutions through hands-on development

2Collaborate closely with technical leads on design and implementation

3Provide production support as a Subject Matter Expert resolving incidents and problem tickets

4Plan, design and develop technical solutions aligned with Mastercard standards

5Lead day-to-day system development and maintenance to meet SLAs

6Drive innovation, cost effectiveness, quality and faster time-to-market

7Own end-to-end SDLC including requirements, design, test strategy, performance benchmarking, release/deployment/rollback plans, feasibility studies and estimations

8Participate in PoCs and support vendor and technology selection

9Conduct brown bag sessions and provide technical training to team members

10Mentor and guide team members across all SDLC phases

11Continuously improve standards and process efficiency

12Ensure test coverage across unit, system/integration and performance testing

13Perform quality inspections and walkthroughs including requirements, design, code and security reviews
