What You'll Do
1Lead engineering and technology best practices across quality, performance, design, and operations at an organizational level
2Architect and deliver features or entire components with high ownership, building scalable loan origination workflows (lead conversion, KYC, underwriting, approvals in LOS) or core banking capabilities (loans, liabilities, term deposits, branch operations)
3Collaborate with cross functional teams to ship end to end features across LOS and Branch Banking, ensuring reliable loan processing, secure employee workflows, maker-checker controls, transaction processing, and integration with core banking and downstream services
4Drive technical innovation and scale large distributed systems across identity, onboarding, or payments domains
5Prioritize effectively and switch contexts across domains as requirements evolve
6Estimate project efforts accurately, identify risks early, propose solutions, and consistently meet delivery timelines
7Lead design, functional, and code review cycles and ensure timely closure of all outstanding issues
8Mentor and coach engineers, enabling them to grow while shaping the technical direction of the pod
9Take a systems level view to understand how changes in onboarding, identity, payments, or compliance ripple across the product
10Improve hiring processes and help bring top tier engineers into the organization
11Represent the team and slice in internal and external engineering forums
