What You'll Do

1Own technical direction across platform, infrastructure and product systems

2Define scalable architecture and ensure reliability, performance and security

3Improve engineering velocity, code quality and delivery discipline

4Mentor the Engineering, ML and Analytics teams

5Define AI/data strategy and move ML models from experimentation to production

6Strengthen MLOps, data pipelines and real-time data systems; align analytics with product decisions

7Partner with Product on technical roadmap and with Sales/CS on enterprise requirements

8Hire senior talent, create role clarity, reduce single-point dependencies

9Review critical designs and proposals; prototype or validate high-impact ideas

Requirements

EducationBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
