What You'll Do

1Build and extend full stack features and services across the Growth Engineering platform — from backend services and APIs to internal tooling and UI

2Add AI-native capabilities to the development, validation, and content generation workflows for campaigns

3Build and maintain reusable services and components across Growth, Martech and Personalization use cases

4Implement production AI features such as LLM integration, retrieval, MCP connectors and basic agent workflows

5Build integrations across Adobe Experience Cloud (AJO, Target, Analytics, Launch) and internal Adobe platforms

6Automate campaign development and other entities in AJO and support personalization and experimentation delivery through Adobe Target

7Write clean, testable and observable code and help keep the platform reliable, performant and secure

8Collaborate with senior engineers, architects and product managers to deliver against the platform roadmap
