What You'll Do

1Lead the design and architecture of scalable, distributed full-stack applications

2Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines

3Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot

4Build robust APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support enterprise-scale applications

5Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Solr for efficient data management and search capabilities

6Drive end-to-end feature delivery from design to production

7Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment strategies

8Actively participate in and lead production deployments and issue resolution

9Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and maintainability

10Mentor and guide engineers across different experience levels

11Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and AI-driven development approaches
