What You'll Do

1Utilize Chevron and Industry Engineering Standards

2Use a minimum functional objective (MFO) approach and utilize variance process to challenge Chevron standards when appropriate

3Design separation and treatment, compression, gas dehydration, pipelines, metering and storage facilities for oil and gas operations

4Perform sizing calculations for all major types of process equipment, hydraulics, pressure relief and PFD and P&ID development

5Lead and coordinate technical troubleshooting efforts and work with cross functional teams

6Participate in and contribute to safety reviews (HazOps, HazAn, etc.)

7Manage multiple project deliverables concurrently

8Provide guidance for technical inquiries, issue technical recommendations, provide equipment and system troubleshooting, improve engineering tools and support the development and improvement of mechanical engineering work processes

Requirements

EducationBachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or civil engineering (B.E.) from a deemed/recognized (AICTE) university
