What You'll Do

1Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of strategic full-stack initiatives across the SOAR platform

2Build scalable backend services using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js, and modern frontend applications using React

3Design distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures that are scalable, resilient, and maintainable

4Drive technical direction for cloud-native applications running on Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS

5Own end-to-end delivery of major product capabilities, from architecture through deployment and production operations

6Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence

7Lead architectural reviews, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive long-term improvements to platform scalability and reliability

8Mentor engineers across the team, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning

9Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering, and cross-functional engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives

10Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, improving developer productivity, and reducing technical debt
