What You'll Do

1Design and implement new features for endpoint agents across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile platforms

2Develop software components supporting monitoring, automation, patching, inventory collection, and device management

3Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

4Investigate customer-reported issues and production escalations

5Participate in root-cause analysis and resolution of agent-related problems

6Work with Product and Support teams on customer enhancement requests and implementation plans

7Improve agent stability, performance, scalability, and security

8Develop integrations with operating system management and security frameworks

9Build telemetry and diagnostics capabilities that improve supportability

10Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning

11Collaborate with cloud, platform, QA, and support teams
