What You'll Do

1Architect, develop, and maintain clean, highly reusable, scalable backend services and code generation components using Python

2Collaborate as an integrated member of the MASAR backend team, aligning technical implementations with system patterns

3Follow object-oriented design principles (SOLID) and standard design patterns for maintainable, robust systems

4Implement rigorous unit and integration testing frameworks using PyTest with high test-coverage standards

5Utilize GIT for version control, branching, and code reviews and integrate automation workflows via Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines

6Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

7Guide and mentor the team to develop industry-standard software following clean code principles
