What You'll Do
1Lead a team of high performing engineers to build, scale, monitor, and optimize systems within AFFS
2Interface with several teams including Retail Systems, Marketplace Systems, Digital Systems, Web services, Financial systems and operations
3Build a best-in-class engineering team that delivers excellent results through rapid iterations
4Design and develop state-of-the-art approaches to solving complex and ambiguous problems
5Cultivate engineering and operational excellence through metrics and continuous learning
6Develop long term strategy for your programs and translate it into roadmap and action plan
7Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management
8Mentor and grow superstar SDEs to take on increasingly higher responsibilities
Requirements
