What You'll Do

1Amend design commensurate to functional specifications and demonstrate hands-on development of product features with efficiency and code optimization

2Challenge tech stack and API choices to include efficient industry practices balancing time to market

3Coach and mentor team members technically, including performing code reviews

4Lead Python-led full stack development across front end, back end, APIs, data layers, third-party integrations and AI models

5Map functional specifications to product features to ensure coverage and accuracy

6Perform techno-functional testing (QA) for product features per functional specifications

7Automate testing using Excel/VBA, Python or available tools

8Partner with architects and application teams for secure solution delivery

9Provide functional support across all delivery phases (Sprints, Testing, Hypercare)

10Guide and coach junior TAs and testers
