What You'll Do

1Own the Plan of Record (POR) for Quick Commerce site launches, including greenfield Micro Fulfilment Centre builds and network expansions

2Lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs across geographic regions with minimal direction

3Drive Retrofit Engineering Initiatives (REI) across existing facilities to improve cold room reliability, electrical infrastructure, and store efficiency

4Manage program milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations across a portfolio of 1000+ active sites

5Build and own delivery roadmaps working backwards from critical business milestones with integrated schedules and critical paths

6Lead WBR/MBR/QBR cadences with senior leadership and funding businesses; define narratives and publish executive flash updates and funding utilization reports

7Drive OP1/OP2 planning strategy for capex, headcount and other programs; lead capacity planning and own structured intake pipeline

8Drive vendor performance governance including SLAs, service-credit mechanisms, and quality audits

9Define and govern the program management framework for intake triage, prioritization, and delivery

10Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical specifications and drive consolidation of overlapping asks

11Define and evaluate KPIs from program milestones, spend forecasts, and cost/resource loaded schedule performance

12Drive MFC fitout programs with hands-on construction management including general contractors, MEP trades, and cold room installers

13Own site readiness assessments, punch-list closures, and project handover to RME

14Manage construction schedules, material procurement dependencies, and contractor performance across concurrent builds

15Drive safety compliance per Amazon EHS standards and quality improvement programs

16Identify process and communications gaps; drive simplification and automation

17Leverage project management tools for portfolio tracking, dependency management, and resource planning

18Build automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms

19Apply AI tools to accelerate data analysis, root cause identification, trend detection, and document generation

20Develop AI-assisted mechanisms for audit report analysis, vendor performance scoring, and predictive maintenance flagging

21Define and track program health metrics such as MTBF, recurrence rates, audit closure rates, POR adherence, REI completion

22Build mechanisms for issue identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking

23Develop and maintain lessons learned and share across the organization
