What You'll Do

1Analyze, design, develop, test, and debug large and complex software enhancements within Charles River's business and technical domains

2Modify core frameworks and facilities critical to system operation

3Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create simple, sustainable software solutions

4Provide thought leadership in product architecture design within and beyond team scope

5Direct problem solving for projects or major phases of projects

6Develop, test, debug, and implement software using Java, C#, SQL, JavaScript, or related languages

7Provide guidance and critical analysis of proposed changes during code reviews

8Write unit and automation tests and improve test methodologies

9Conduct manual tests

10Provide expert-level troubleshooting on large, mission-critical client implementations

11Participate in agile ceremonies and plan cross-team activities
