What You'll Do

1Lead the design and implementation of next-generation architecture ensuring scalability, security, and performance

2Define and drive architecture strategy and key technical decisions

3Architect and evolve the Identity and Access foundation spanning authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle

4Craft strategy for Agentic Identity, defining how AI agents authenticate, are authorized, and are audited

5Review and guide technical project designs during design reviews

6Take ownership of cross-functional technical initiatives and drive large-scale projects to completion

7Mentor senior engineers and influence best practices across engineering teams

8Lead deployment reviews for high-impact projects

9Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to balance market needs with technical constraints

10Drive strategic integration of AI capabilities into complex multi-system architectures

11Advocate for quality and operational excellence

12Perform other duties as assigned
