What You'll Do
1Lead architecture and evolution of the IAM and Control Plane platform
2Define long-term technical strategy for authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA, and API security
3Build secure, scalable, highly available distributed systems
4Drive architectural decisions and modernize legacy identity platforms
5Collaborate across Product, Security, and Engineering
6Mentor senior engineers and establish engineering best practices
7Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to scale security infrastructure
8Lead multi-quarter projects from conception to global rollout
