What You'll Do

1Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend architectures and Portals using React and TypeScript

2Investigate systemic issues across the platform - audit unfamiliar codebases, identify root causes, and produce written findings and architectural recommendations

3Build and maintain Node.js/Go-based backend services supporting frontend platforms (e.g., BFFs, APIs, tooling services)

4Champion developer experience (DX) and frontend standards through automation, documentation, and tooling

5Guide developers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing

6Optimize application performance, bundle size, and runtime efficiency

7Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies and engineering practices

8Act as a technical partner to feature teams – balancing platform stability with the ability to evolve APIs and patterns

9Contribute to Agile development processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative delivery practices

10Contribute to long-term technical strategy through written proposals and cross-team architecture conversations
