Is Switchly really free for hirers?
Yes. Posting jobs, AI ranking of applicants, candidate search and messaging are free today, and there is no placement fee when you hire.
How does the AI score applicants?
Each applicant is compared with your job's required skills, experience range and role. You see the score plus the strengths, concerns and matched skills behind it, and you make the final call.
What if nobody applies to my job?
Share the job link, generate a LinkedIn post from the job page, or open the Eligible tab for people in the pool who already match. You can also search every visible profile from the Candidates tab.
Do I need Calendly?
No, but it helps. Add any booking link (Calendly, Cal.com or any meeting link) and shortlisted candidates book a slot themselves. Without one, we tell them they are shortlisted and you message them directly.
Can candidates see that I viewed their profile?
Yes, candidates can see when a hirer views their profile, including your name and company. Turn on Browse anonymously in Settings if you would rather not show them.
