Every Applicant Ranked by AI —
Top Talent Tagged Automatically

The moment someone applies, AI scores them against your JD with the reasoning shown. Candidates from recognized top-tier companies get a separate ★ badge — so real signal never gets buried in a pile of resumes.

A resume pile treats every applicant the same until you've read all of them. Switchly scores each one the moment they apply — semantically against your job description, not by keyword matching — and shows the reasoning, not just a number. Separately, candidates who've worked at recognized top-tier companies get a ★ Top Tier badge, a quick pedigree signal that sits alongside the fit score rather than replacing it.

Two distinct signals, both automatic

0-100 fit score, not a black box

Scored against your JD's actual skills, stack, and seniority — with matched skills, missing skills, and a plain-language rationale shown for every applicant.

Top Tier badge for recognized companies

A separate, at-a-glance pedigree signal for candidates who've worked at recognized top-tier companies — shown next to the fit score, not instead of it.

Sorted best-first automatically

Your applicant list is ranked by score the moment it loads. No manual sorting through a folder of unranked resumes.

We closed a Senior Backend Engineer role in 4 days. Normally that takes 6 weeks. The AI ranking surfaced exactly what I asked for — right experience, right stack, right seniority level. No recruiter middleman, no noise.

As an EM at a Series B, I don't have time for 300-resume batches. Switchly gave me 8 qualified candidates on day one. Three of them were stronger than anyone a recruiter ever sent me — at zero cost.

Frequently asked questions

How does the AI score work — is it just keyword matching?

No — it's semantic, not keyword-based. The moment someone applies, Switchly scores their profile against your actual job description across skills, tech stack, seniority, and work-mode preference, and shows a 0-100 fit score alongside matched skills, missing skills, and a plain-language rationale — not just a number.

What does the ★ Top Tier badge mean — is it AI-generated?

It's a separate signal from the AI fit score. The ★ Top Tier badge is a curated lookup against a list of recognized global and India top-tier companies (the kind of pedigree a recruiter would spot instantly on a resume) — not an AI judgment of how well someone fits your specific role. Use it alongside the fit score, not in place of it: a candidate can be Top Tier and a weak fit, or not Top Tier and your strongest match.

Can I search or filter candidates by company tier?

Yes — the candidate search lets you filter by tier (top companies, strong companies, other companies) alongside skill, location, experience, and salary filters, so you can combine pedigree with your other criteria.

Can I re-score applicants if I change the job description?

Yes. If you edit a job's requirements, the "Re-score all" action recomputes every applicant's fit score against the updated JD — you're not stuck with stale scores from an earlier version of the posting.

Does a low score mean I should reject the candidate?

Not automatically. The score is one input, not a filter that removes people from view. Every applicant shows the reasoning behind their score — strengths, concerns, and missing skills — so you can judge context yourself, like a candidate switching domains who scores lower on stack match but brings other relevant strengths.
