Most interview prep is generic: the same 50 questions for everyone. Real interviews aren't. They're about the projects on your resume, the skills on the JD, and the gap between the two. The Interview Playbook starts there. It reads your resume against the exact job description, flags what an interviewer will push on, and builds your prep around it.

What is an Interview Playbook?
A prep pack built for one specific interview. You give it the job description (paste it, or pick a role on Switchly) along with the round type and company type, and it reads your resume against that JD. It flags the resume claims an interviewer is most likely to push on, writes grill-down questions for them, suggests how to answer for skills you're missing, and builds a system design scenario and behavioural prep for that role.
How is this different from a list of common interview questions?
Question lists are the same for everyone. The Playbook starts from your resume and the actual JD, so the questions are about the projects and claims you wrote down, the skills this employer listed, and the seniority of this role. That's what interviewers actually ask about.
Is it free?
Your first Playbook preview is free: it shows your interview risk level, the resume claims flagged for this JD, and a sample grill-down question. The full Playbook (every grill-down question with a model answer, gap bridges, the system design scenario, behavioural prep, flashcard practice and PDF export) is included with Switchly Pro or costs 6 credits.
Which interview rounds does it cover?
You choose the round when you create the Playbook: screening, technical, system design, bar raiser, or HR. You also pick whether the company is a startup, an MNC or a GCC, which changes the kind of system design scenario you get.
Will I get a low-level or high-level design question?
It depends on the role. For senior, lead, staff or principal JDs the Playbook builds a high-level system design scenario. For SDE-1, SDE-2, junior or associate roles it builds a low-level design one (classes, interfaces, patterns). If the JD doesn't say, it goes by your years of experience.
What does the free check on this page do?
It runs in your browser and compares the skills in the JD with the skills on your resume, so you can see which ones you'll likely be probed on and where your gaps are. It's a keyword check. It doesn't write questions; the Playbook does that.
